Your Thanksgiving travel package includes four nights in a carefully selected 4 star hotel in the heart of Times Square. Our planned hotel for 2027 is Tempo by Hilton Times Square, a modern property with comfortable rooms, contemporary design and an exceptional Midtown location.

Staying in Times Square puts you right in the center of New York during Thanksgiving week, with Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, Christmas decorations, holiday markets and many of the city’s most famous attractions within easy reach.

Tempo by Hilton Times Square offers the comfort and convenience we want for this experience, giving you the perfect base to relax between scheduled activities while still being surrounded by the energy of Manhattan.

Good to know: Tempo by Hilton Times Square is our selected hotel for this package. If a change of accommodation becomes necessary for any reason, we will provide a comparable hotel of the same or higher standard, always located in the Times Square area.

This is a boutique group travel experience limited to 22 guests. The following cancellation policy applies:

• The $250 deposit per person is non-refundable in all circumstances.

• Any applicable credit card processing fees and booking fees are also non-refundable.

• Cancel by July 24, 2027: full refund minus the deposit and any applicable credit card processing and booking fees.

• Cancel July 25 – September 24, 2027: 50% refund of the package price, minus the deposit and any applicable credit card processing and booking fees.

• From September 25, 2027: non-refundable.

Full payment must be completed before the start of the experience. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation, with no refund of any amounts previously paid, in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

If you cannot travel, you may transfer your package to another person. You must inform us as soon as possible so we can arrange all necessary updates with hotels and suppliers. If the change of participant is not communicated in advance, we cannot guarantee participation.

We strongly recommend purchasing separate travel and health insurance covering medical issues, cancellation, and trip interruption.
